Fashion trends come and go. They are here today and gone tommorrow. Asian Clothes, European Clothes etc have all trends of their own. The bright colored shoes were seen on the runways for 2009. They were added to grey or black or nutural colored outfits. They were added to offset a colored outfit. They do not have to match any other color you happen to be wearing.
